That looks good. I am finding that I can make some better soups and stews in the Insta-Pot with larger pieces of meat. Sear them on high, pressure them for about 20 minutes, then do all the trinity, beans or other stuff and it is fall apart tender in 1/3 the time. A big bottom round makes some awesome chunks too!
