PSA here: Don't waste your time or money on this one! We saw an add for it, and wife thought it might be worth trying for the RV. Talked to my grocery manager, and he'd never heard of it, and didn't think he could get it. Found it on Amazon, and got suckered in by excitement. Was $9.95 but said 15% bigger too, and I mis-read it and thought that was for a box of like 4 cans. Nope, ONE CAN. At least they gave me free shipping. roflmao

Opened it and it was pretty thin, so fried up a bunch more Jimmy Dean sausage and bacon to fortify it. It is way too salty, and the wife almost couldn't eat it. Took me extra coffee, and some OJ, but I got it down. Man, my wife's is SOOO much better!! Anyway, it was what it was, but I hate ruining good Grand biscuits. Like I mentioned once before, even as a C minus, it would make a turd. frown

looks good but I het you can make better biscuits and gravy. Understand about the use for camper though.

Canned gravy and soups and most canned food is way too salty for me.

Love sopping up that grave with those biscuits.

Yes, the wife and I don't use hardly any salt in cooking, and look at the sodium on prepared stuff we buy. This was a whim, and wanted to try it. The 15 oz. can is supposed to be 7 servings, and there was 250mg of sodium per serving! That's a ton.

That’s too bad it’s too salty, I couldn’t eat it either. Would have been good rv meal, dang it!
Have you seen the sodium content on those biscuits? It’s pretty high also.

If you don't make it from scratch, HEB has one made by Libby. Sausage and gravy that is darn good. They usually put it on the bottom shelf with 2 facings and that makes it hard to see.

My wife’s makes killer sausage and gravy from scratch. It’s either hog sausage or deer, no telling anymore with the mix in our freezer.

$9.95 a can ... wow! Maybe it was concentrate and you were supposed to add a bunch more sausage and bacon ... did you read the small print? rofl
