Has anyone on the group ever hunted squirrels in the Davy Crockett National Forest? Thinking about hunting this spring up on the North end out of Alto. Any advise or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

It been a couple of years since I hunted squirrels there. Usually had the place to myself this time of year.

I've hunted them in December. Find the low areas around creeks where hardwoods grow. The females may be holed up if they've been bred. Good luck!
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.
