Technically, that’s a white bearded wildebeest not a blue. Extremely few blues in the states. Mike

You are correct. I see outfitters advertising hunts all the time for Blue Wildebeest in Texas, but 95% of the time they are White-Bearded Wildebeest. One of my pet peeves actually.

isn't white bearded gnu (wildebeest) a subspecies of the blue?
