Just saw on the news there's a huge freeway pile-up in Ft. Worth. Prayers for all involved. I hope no THF'ers are in it. .gif "angel")

Fort worth has some of the crappiest roads and overpass in the state.
I suspect probably something to do with road consruction over there

that's a horrible stretch of road even when it's dry and sunny out.

Just watched some video...
I've seen this BS with my own eyes out working wrecks..
These days are the worst when the roads don't look bad but are obviously slick. People think they can still drive 70-80mph.
I'd rather the roads be completely covered in snow and ice, at least then nobody dies because they can see it's bad so for the most part people slow down.
It's when they look ok but are actually icy that things like this happen...

That oil lease right there beside the freeway is lucky one didn't slide off the highway and sheer off the christmas tree. Then we'd have a blowout in the backup.
