Beautiful elk tenderloin, some chopped veggies in cheese sauce, and fried potatoes. Baby leaf spinach salad w/ bacon, mozzarella, pecans, and baby tomatoes. Mushroom caps in red wine reduction, and then used the liquid to make the bourbon glaze over the meat. Girls don't do venison, so they were stuck with center-cut pork steaks!! Yes, I did partake of the Buffalo Trace, just to be sure it wasn't spoiled!!
