Been messing around with different rubs. Have one I really liked and added espresso to it. I sliced some backstrap and did a quick cold smoke on them. Gonna see how they turn out with this rub and finish with some reaper salt.

3 Tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika, pepper

1 teaspoon of the rest

2 tablespoons espresso.

Sounds really good. And with all that expresso you can eat it for dinner and they lay awake all night thinking about how good it was.
