Have no clue yet. Normally do steak and lobster but probably going to switch it up this year. Just don’t know what.

Baby back ribs, homemade mashed taters and whatever other veggies she wants. Probly throw a salad together too.

Damn I haven't even looked at the sales ads for this week yet, we are going to Fredericksburg for the weekend so I know a super nice meal won't be expected.

we normally go out to Red Lobster (her favorite, coconut shrimp) but with this artic blast, not sure if we will get out of the house. Guess I better get busy planning and a HEB run.

Chicken fried deer steak, fried potato and onion, roasted brussels, wine, a sugary treat, flowers, and best for last if we don't eat too much.

Is it bad that I totally despise this day? With no pressure, I absolutely LOVE doing nice things. Force me and I’m out.
Going through the motions because we’re supposed to just irks me for some reason

I dont do the cards and flowers thing but we always have a nice meal for valentines. Couple weeks ago she noticed that R-J Trailers (where I got my trailer) had a purple VP gas can and she commented that she needed that for her riding mower, so I stopped and snagged it yesterday and have it hid in one of my buildings. She'll be happy and I can have both of my orange ones to myself.

Seeing that this is speedweek and Daytona is on the 14th and I usually cook something good on race day I started last night for the clash race with fried whole catfish. Thursday night duels will probably be hot wings. Friday truck race will may be steaks and Sunday will be sauce piquant. Wanted to do a shrimp boil Sunday but don't think weather is gonna play nice.

A number of years ago my wife was given a Brennan's Cookbook by Mr Ralph Brennan, We loved to eat there so we started a tradition where the week before Valentines we sit down and go thru and pick out 4 or 5 recipes. We get all the ingredients pulled together and then Valentines we put together some out of this world meals. The only thing that has stayed the same the last few years is the ending BANANA FOSTERS ymmm

Been married 47 years, she's been the best, so we'll have homemade lobster mack and cheese, and a grilled Elk tenderloin, great food greater memories!

Was going to plan a evening away from the kid, but family sucks and nobody wants to babysit. So we will likely be making and eating chili

I've had it multiple times from different steak houses, I just don't see all the craze, yes the show is neat, the end product isn't worth it.
