Looking to get on a new lease that includes a lake if possible. I would love to be able to have a year round use just to fish. Price is open, but I am definitely willing to help out or pull my weight as well. My lease got sold out last year, so I missed out on getting out there for deer. Bird hunting is a plus.

Anyone have any suggestions or info for me, that would be greatly appreciated.

For the record, I’m cool with driving a few hours around. I live out towards Quinlan (east of DFW).

Thanks y’all

How big of a body of water do you consider a lake?

I’m open to any as long as there are good fish in it. A big pond works too. Just something to get out and fish on the lease to have a weekend spot. Something to get out to.
