Got off at 3 because of the bad weather so figured I’d bake something. It’s a chocolate/peanut butter mousse made with coconut milk and Oreo crust at the bottom. Dairy free chocolate drizzle and Oreo on top with a raspberry filling. Holy crap! That looks incredible! Thanks guys If it tastes as good as it looks, good thing you took the picture already, it will not look like that for long It does taste as good as it looks. My wife now wants me to open a bakery and she is pretty picky when it comes to deserts. She said she hasn’t had one that good since we were in Italy or France she couldn’t remember which. I’m biased but I gotta say it was pretty damn awesome even not being able to use real heavy cream chocolate.
