I found one just now that I can go and get this evening.

The Bering thermal is a few weeks out.

Can y’all give me some feedback on this?

Im looking for a budget thermal, it’s priced right and in my budget.

I prefer a dedicated weapon sight - that’s just me

I believe the Vox core of the Hogster is probably superior to the older Sig Echo but I haven’t looked through a Echo

What do you mean by 'priced right'? $300?

The Sig Echo is a dedicated weapon sight, but not a very good one.

Yep, I used one for several hunts. Handles heavy recoil (used with .50 Beowulf) just fine. Has a heads-up display that does a great job of illuminating your face. You have to improvise something to cover it up for when you are stalking critters. It NUCs a LOT and you have to keep an eye on the count down timer for the NUC process to make sure it does not NUC in the middle of your shooting.

The image is lower resolution and the zeroing adjustments are on the larger side, IIRC.

FOV is very limited. As best as we could tell, it is more likely a 1 shot and done sight meaning it might be okay for 100 yards and less from a stand to a feeder where you get one shot before everything runs off. You aren't going to have much luck shooting at running hogs with it, not with the tiny FOV it has.

These were discontinued by the manufacturer. The concept was good, the scopes were actually very well made, but their utility was terrible and people hated them.
