I take no credit for anything except turning on the oven!! Easiest dinner I've done in a week! The girls wanted to polish off the remaining ribs, and wanted tater tots with them. I thought that sounded like a good opportunity for me to get in some shrimp, since they don't do seafood. I prefer to bake tots, on convection. Really crispy without holding all the oil. I still think fries are best when fried tho. Makes better leftovers the next morning, if I use them in a sausage and egg scramble.
