Girls wanted mild this morning, so cheese eggs and toast for them. Looks delicious. HEB makes fresh Southwest Tortillas that I’ve been hooked on. Love the red pepper flakes in the tort.

I really love the mix of spices in this masa, and it is so fresh that it really puffs up when heated or fried. I did these in a little of the bacon grease, after I removed the meat.
