I might have missed it, but the article doesn't list a location of the incident. Mr. Caniglia, I'm guessing here, is Italian. The Italians are a passionate people. I give him an A+ for drama in an argument with his wife, and, given no further extenuating circumstances that would reflect poorly on his mental capacity, am 100% on his side.

Yes, this could be a decision that might open the door for a lot misuse by disgruntled spouses.
