I'd like to take my wife out hunting, but she's a little skittish. I had two recommendations, Rough Creek Lodge and Greystone Castle. What do y'all think of these places, I'm new to TX and she's a Dallasite, I have plenty of time, and I don't want to rush things, I like upland bird, but I'm trying to slow roll this. Thoughts?

I like Joshua Creek ranch.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Of those two, Rough Creek would be my wife's choice.

x3. Nice lodging, great food, other activities including sporting clays and fishing etc. I've been to both and for wife Rough Creek is better choice IMO

I had a better “hunt” at Joshua Creek, but food and accommodations are better at Rough Creek.

Also, Rough Creek is easy to get to from Dallas.
