I'm interested in joining a duck club in the North Texas area, but I'm only seeing clubs down near the coast. Do y'all know of any private, member-only duck clubs within 2hrs of the Denton area? I'm learning that a lot of outfitters like to use the term "club" and it really messes up my online searches haha.

I have no idea what a "duck club" is but I'm pretty sure I'd stay clear of one. The better areas will be locked up by the outfitters and then you have seniority problems....newbies generally will not be in the best blinds on opening day. I'm telling you this from some experience on "hunting clubs". When I gave up my pro bass career in 92 I got back into deer hunting. I joined a Tx Hunting club that had deer, dove, waterfowl etc leases all over the state. Opening day of deer season I might as well been sitting atop the high five in north Dallas....all the premium leases had the elder members on them.

Work on a lease with buddies and forget "clubs"
