Was going to buy a PSA 6.5 upper but they are all out. Any other companies you recommend for a reasonable price for deer / hog hunting (Less than $500- $600). Read about staying away from BCA but they have some available.

BCA from all accounts is a crap shoot, some do ok while others not so much. https://www.65grendel.com/forum/ is a good place to look as well an Alexander Arms upper was listed today there in that price range

I hate to say it, but PSA can be a crapshoot also. I ordered the 18" Grendel upper a couple of years ago and it would not cycle. It took several weeks (or longer) for it to return. The problem was identified as an out-of-spec gas port. They did make it right, but it didn't start out that way.

Up your budget...LaRue UU is great value.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Plus Mark LaRue can be funny as you-know-what, if you have that kind of sense of humor.

Atheris. I was referred to them grendel forum. They have a “tier 2” That is guaranteed sub MOA. Around 600 for that one 5 for the non Sub. I have only shot Hornady sst and black with it. SST 1.5ish. Black .75-1 all day easily. Plus you pick the barrel length and color.
Grendel hunter is another good option.
