OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,331 Nampa, SW Idaho	Girls were into chicken thighs and bland microwave veggies tonight. Had to kick it up for me, and take it over the top!! My grocer that makes the fresh tortillas has started a new southwestern style, with chipotle/cumin/spices/paprika mixed in. Looked like a good base to build on. Fried up some thin sliced Andouille sausage, mushrooms, bell and jalapeño peppers. Fried fingerling potatoes with Magic Dust for a side. Normal supporting cast of sweet onions, cilantro, hot sauce and drinks. Tried the first one plain, and it just didn't pop, but the Cotija on the second really amped it up to the goodness level!! Oh my, remember this for sure. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
