I did a goof up, I mixed up some .308 165 grain and 150 grain in a couple of mags, didn’t mark them when I put them in and forgot which is which. What’s the best way to figure out which is which other than trying to guess the weight in my hands .

Weigh them with a scale, if you can not tell the difference visually.

My guess is that the 165's will weigh more...

Maybe you could rig up a balance to sort them by weight.

Ten bucks at the grocery store will get you a food scale and I believe measures in grams to the tenth.

I mixed up some 140 and 147gr 6.5 loads. There is only .45gm difference. Depending on powder weight, it could be a little tough for me to determine which is which. Your difference should be right around a gram.
