Chipotle pizzed me off tonight. Here’s the last of the filets from Joes meat market. I will admit 8min is too long. 6 is perfecter than perfect. Just sayin. Add some steamed, buttered and seasoned cauliflower and WHAT a meal! Dang

So many good foods go with beer, but to me, steak isn’t one of them. Now a nice Cab or Pinot and I’m all over it. Good job!!

Not so much a wine guy. I like some but not many. Plus, I like to drink while I’m cooking. Once I eat, I’m pretty much done drinking anyway.

I dear them for 1-2 per side and changed it to 6 in the oven. So 8-10 total

I found myself back there today at Joe’s and doubled up on them. I ain’t cooking tonight but tomorrow, I’ll go get 1-2 good sides and do these up again

That steak has some crazy marbling, I’d hit that for sure... I’m firing up the egg tomorrow for 8 filets, 13 lobster tails and a big ol porterhouse for myself. Should be some good grub.
