Howdy,
I've got a group of 5-10 hunters looking for a new lease. Was hunting down in webb county, been on there about 7 years. Far drive for most of us, looking for something closer and new. All hunters are experienced, decades of experience, all have been on management leases. Looking for a family friendly whitetial and varmint lease. Feel free to shoot me an email or give me a call or text with more information or more questions. Can be flexible on prices and rules.

Welcome to our forum. Since you are new I will say that it always appears to be a lot more guys looking for leases than there are those available. It may help your search if you gave more info. Especially what area of the State and an approximate budget. Good luck in your search.

Not sure where you are looking for but There 7100 acres available between sterling city and San Angelo. Place has lots of deer but my honest opinion it’s a 130-140 class lease and they want premium price and don’t think they have the deer to justify it.

Looking in the south Texas area. Looking for something family friendly, guests allowed, prefer water & electric. Somewhere in the ballpark of $3k.

Something like your looking for is rare and you will have to actively find it through boots on the ground research it’s not gonna find you through a posting on a forum IME.....

No doubt, the deer hunters where I quail hunt in S Tx are paying 7k just for the feed bill.
