Pretty laid back here, and I fry everything in the same pan. Bacon, then ham, some potatoes (girls don't do grits), and finally the eggs. Around here we don't like the word "poached"; leaves a bad taste!! Country ham and sharp cheddar, under a runny egg and Hollandaise is worth the wait.

If I ate as well as you, I’d weigh double what I do now.

Thanks. We try to eat one great meal a day, then simply cut back on the others. What you don't see all the time is those days of celery, carrots, grapes and strawberries, or salads with just meat and cheese!! It would definitely be easy to blow up to ridiculous weight!!
