I've got some .22 WMR ammo I've had stashed from a gun I never should have sold, and I want a new gun to go with it.

Love PMR 30's, Lever Action rifles, but will consider other options. Not a big fan of bolt guns in WMR, so I'll hold off of those.

Thanks fellas!

I guess I should clarify. I’m not buying this because I’m drowning and need a life raft. I’ll sit on the ammo for a year before I pay 100% markup. I understand the market and will only entertain reasonable prices.

If you can buy a Henry Golden Boy -- unfired for $500 --- you let me know who & where and I'll buy you a steak dinner.
Now granted --- $1,000 may be expensive, but look on Gunbroker.com and see what they are going for $$$$$ ,,,,,,,,, you can't --- there are NO 22 Magnums on there for sale
Henry Golden Boy 22 LRs are going for $850.
It was just an offer --- not knowing exactly what you were looking for.
Collectible 22 Magnums are expensive ……….. but hey expensive is a relative term.

What's funny is I wasn't even referring to you. LOL Your offer just happen to fit the response I suppose.
I've gotten PM's as well. Some AMAZING offers, but some others that show me people actually LOVE what the market is doing to people in need.
It's an interesting world we live in. In the past 3 weeks, I've found and purchased MULTIPLE guns I was told I'd never find for the price I paid. The market is miserable if you're in a hurry or an emergency, it's not if you're patient and confident the right folks are out there - which they are.

For $1000 it better be a Marlin 39M or a vintage US made Winchester 9422M.

Pass the gravy.

I have one each Marlin 1894 WMR and a Winchester 9422 WMR. Both are near mint. I'd sell them, but only at the current elevated market prices.
So I guess I'm one of "those guys " smile
