Found a place with a killer deal on filets for $4.99ea. Got 5 and had those last night. Tonight she’s not hungry so I’ll eat hers too. Got some Brussels sprouts. Cooked a few pcs of bacon, drizzled a little maple syrup on them and coated the sprouts with some olive oil, the bacon bits and fat, S&P and 6 cloves of garlic. Roasting those now and about to fry these monsters up. I seat for a couple minutes each side, and 8 minutes at 375 in the oven. Only need S&P [Linked Image]

Oh gag and puke. If you put them in the oven on Self-Clean, it will go to 800 degrees, and turn those to ash. Then you can throw them away without guilt!!!
