 while growing up I didn't care for stuffed peppers, I would only eat the filling when my mom made them. with age, I have grown to like even the pepper portion.

One of my favorites. Make up a couple of batches each year when my garden is in. Not as fancy as yours.

nice, made up a bunch of venison stuff peppers yesterday. Wife even like them. Made some extra meatballs, cooked and sealed for freezer for quick adds to pasta dishes.
