I finally made it out to eat here. Located in the parking lot of Hop and Sting Brewery. Plenty of tables in the lot and on the brewery patio to provide ample room to social distance if you so choose.

I got brisket, ribs, chipotle cheddar sausage, brisket birria tacos, barbacoa tacos and a pork steak taco. Every bite was amazing. This place is pretty special and worth the trip.

My family was on the other side of the camera and we shared everything. When I do bbq joint reviews I carry zip lock bags and a cooler. Social media likes to see full trays so I order more than I eat on camera. Tacos were the only thing finished on site, most of the brisket and sausage went home.

Is the beer better now as Hop and Sting ?

I'm not a big craft beer drinker and like Bud Light so I may not be the best person to ask. haha. The beer I had in my opinion was good.
