Pretty much everything I cook has smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper.

Why about you?

Nope, I make so many different dishes from every corner of the country, and even the world sometimes that I would hate to be limited in choices.

salt
pepper
season salt
fresh garlic and garlic powder
onion and onion powder
cilantro/coriander
sage
thyme
rosemary
cumin
paprika
italian seasoning
ground mustard
bay leaves
red wine vinegar
balsamic
worchestershire
soy
horseradish/wasabi
even nutmeg/curry/cinnamon at times

I’m like blank, I prefer lots of herbs and spices rather than premixed seasoning bottles.

I mix it up, I don't rely on one seasoning as that gets boring.

To me using one seasoning on everything is like just doing the missionary position, in the dark, under the covers, from 9:50-9:55pm, on Saturdays only when a birthday or anniversary falls on that Saturday.

hard to follow those last few comments ! ! ! cheerleader

I have the standard store bought blends, like Fiesta Fajita seasoning, Bill's Season All, etc. that are the quick go-to for merely adding to bring flavors out of already cooked foods, and sometimes for preparation.

but in general, my main go-to would be black pepper (and lots of it for me personally), salt, garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika ... and then a bunch of others like Blank listed above depending on what I'm preparing.

Cavender's is good! Home mixed cajun blackening seasoning, too.

Salt, black pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and balsamic vinegar all for everyday.

Oregano, sage, cumin, and wine for speciality dishes. Powdered mustard occasionally. Does sugar count as a spice?

Cinnamon? Bullion?

I do my own from time to time with a lot of the ingredients mentioned above.

Best line I've found off the shelf is the Chupacabra stuff. It's all pretty darn good.

it depends on what I'm cooking. I don't have a "go to" per se.

Depends on what I’m cooking. I have a pretty big collection of all kinds of seasonings.
