Feeling choppy tonight, and had an eye of round I got the other day. Sliced and diced last night (didn't lose any fingers), and marinated in goodness. Spent an extra half hour making everything nice and pretty for you guys, then fired up the wok smoking' hot! Beef was perfect for us, veggies firm and crisp, wrapped a bunch of water chestnuts in some of the bacon strips I did the other day, and toasted some shrimp rolls!! Had to do the veggies in a couple steps, cause there were so many with different cooking times. WOW!!

Came out really good overall, and the girls loved seconds. Sure beats Panda Express. A nice cold drink goes a long way to helping too!

Finger licking good. Love a good stir fry. Pass on chopsticks.

Panda just off of Fry in Houston is pretty damn good. 4 dollars and four minutes and then I've got a box of food in my truck that smells extremely good..... and it's hard not to pull over and eat that.

Get hungry and turn your nose up to that!

I tell them double an extra spicy.

They get it 1/4 of the time.

Marinade was just basic mix of low sodium soy sauce, dash of teriyaki, dash of sesame oil, dash of garlic powder, and some General Tso sauce. Worked in good by hand, and put up in fridge for 24 hours. We really like to use the Panda Express mixes you can get in the supermarket for a lot of stuff. The Sweet Chili and Orange sauces are great for dipping.

We talked about Stir Fry today but tomorrow will be venison pot pie, the request has been made by the boss.
