Looking for a processor in the southern panhandle for 2021. My boss just got a new place near Kress and wants to take a couple of deer next year. Klemke in Slaton used to do it but I think they shut down after the fire.

Lubbock area is really missing out on deer processors. I have a deer currently up in Wellington at A&K Meat Processing. I think Duck Creek is back open in Spur. There was one in Matador but I'm not sure if it is still open.

Been a few years since I had a deer processed there, but Jackson Brothers in Post used to do a good job for us.

Duck creek in Spur is open. There is also Staked plains meats in Crosbyton. We used both this year with no complaints.
