They had to REALLY try hard to make that girl into something she isn't

She isn't ugly in the least, and I have never met a single person in all my travels that talks like that.

There may be a place on earth where decent looking women are employed as ranch hands but I've never seen it

You are right she is a cute gal in real life, also the daughter of Michael Landon who us older folks probably remember.

That is interesting.....I thought Michael Landon died a LONG time ago?

We used to watch "little house on the prairie" and "highway to heaven" all the time at grandmas house

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Michael Landon died in 1991 of Prostate cancer. I remember him as Little Joe Cartwright in Bonanza, we did not watch Little House on the Prairie in our house.

Had to look up Little House on the Prairie. It first aired on tv in March of 1974, I was a senior in high school and moved out of my parents house soon afterwards.
So as a single young man, if my TV was ever on it was watching sports or news.

Man, we were right in front of the TV every Sunday when the Cartwrights came riding through that burning map.. Loved Bonanza, especially before Adam (Pernell Roberts) left.
