A quick shout out to Burris customer service. I sent in a Fast Fire II with an elevation adjustment issue, and received a brand new FF III as a no charge replacement. Service like that is what keeps people (me) coming back for more.

I'm not sure, but probably yes. It seems to work well in the limited testing that I've done so far.

Sent a ff3 back a few years ago I think I had over tightened it to base . It would go off after a few shots. Shipped it back and received a brand new one no questions asked. Rerunning one now on a 500jrh so we will see if the recoil monster affects it any.

After 34 years in the gun business, Burris is the best optics company out there, bar none. Few problems ever, but they handle them so fast it will make your head spin.

I loaned a rifle to my buddy. Sling broke when he was climbing out of a stand. Rifle landed on the scope on a Boulder, rifle was fine, the Burris scope was actually bent. I called Burris and told them what happened, they said send it in, a new scope showed up in a couple weeks. I have several Burris scopes! smile ani

On that Burris I bought a few months ago..

It came w note of Lifetime warranty, no questions asked in the box (I’m sure they all do)

Now that I am hearing these stories of actual returns is even better.

My scope has never had an issue. I broke a scope cover and called to order another and they did not need a CC to my surprise. It was here is 4 days and I love that scope. It is not a nightforce but does what I tell it to repeatedly so I cannot ask for more.
