We aren’t conducting any axis doe hunts right now. Cow elk hunts are a blast though.

Yeah, Jane (aka the She-Wolf) has always been Hell-and-Jesus with a rifle. If we're hunting separately and I hear her shoot, I reach for my knife...and now you know why!
We had a smooth drive back, the old gal is hanging in the barn, hide off, shoulders, tenderloins and backstraps out and in the coolers. As soon as I catch my breath, I'll finish boning out her neck, trimming the rib cage and getting the hindquarters off and into the cool...than I can can rest before getting serious about the butchering and packaging tomorrow!
Once this old sister is all processed, I'll be getting back in touch with you about Alaska.
Folks, Jason is a fine young man to be afield with. He's knowledgeable, honest and fun to spend time around...and he's got access to a big, beautiful piece of property with lots of game available. Book with confidence!
