I want off of Google and do not want Yahoo or other free data collection services. Does anyone have experience with one of these providers and I prefer one to be based in the US if possible.

I didn't see Microsoft in your list, so I would say bite the bullet and get an O365 subscription. Then spend another $10 and get your own domain name. I'd have to pull up the cost of mine, but I think a single O365 subscription at the lowest business level is about $65 a year. That will get you a mailbox and I think 1T of storage for stuff. Once you have your own domain named tied to it, you can create as many email addresses as you want. You'll just have one mailbox they all deliver to.

Get your own domain, buy a mail add-on with the hoster of your domain and you are 100% in control of your email.
