I have no clue, just guessing the dark.
Maybe the sonic cleaner with something Googone or some solution for removing sticking stuff.

I would try the sonic cleaner first. Walnut second.
Tumbling in stainless pins, I would worry about bullet damage.

I have tumbled them multiple times with fine walnut and my finish worked like a charm

Acetone (available at WM) and walnut tumble after with polish would be my goto. Don't forget the case neck has glue if you reuse them..

I posted a couple of years ago about the nightmare I had with American Reloads. The 6.8SPC ammo that was loaded to all different lengths* and glue splattered everywhere. You don’t see it on this one but in places it was higher on the bullet and on the casings.
*I showed ~ 6 lined up with a straight edge across the top.

I have used a product called Goof Off . Put some on a old t-shirt or any cloth and rub between your fingers. It can be found at Lowe’s. It works on all kinds of things. Good Luck!

Agree with Unclebubba. What is glue doing on a cartridge?
