I have 5 spots available on a 6 man lease in motley county. 15 miles north of matador,tx Year round access has 2 bed room 1 bath house with electricity and propane included. It’s 5010 acres, place has 130-150 class whitetail and 150-170 class muleys. Place has bigger but that is the going average. Lots of pigs as well. Ranch get 6-8 muley doe permits a season. place has 4 small tanks that hold water fowl, one 60 acre lake and apprx 500-600 acres of wheat Each member gets one whitetail buck and muley buck muley doe permit. and whitetail does on deer count. 4800 a gun

didn't really loose them been my family lease, looking for a place that is closer for them its only 3.5 hour drive for me over 5 plus for them. plus my grandpas health isn't the best little to far for him now.

Stetson, you did a pretty good job of explaining things but you may want to clarify what can be killed. Are you saying each member can kill a Trophy WT AND a Trophy MD? It just didnt seem real clear to me from your wording.

sorry I thought I made it clear but my bad. yes if opportunity presents itself yes each member can kill one of each. I would say realistic number will be 2-4 of each species, it is a one buck county for each species.
