I wouldnt mind having a Mary's CFS right now. The best I've had south of San Antonio is at Smoliks in Mathis. I'll have to try that place. I run through Mathis quite a bit. Good fried okra too.

Went to Main Street Cafe in Lewisville today and it was good for the price, best part was the Pinto Beans man they were way good. If you go to Mary's, get the pinto beans and corn bread. It beat the cf and the corn bread is jalapeno

Went to Main Street Cafe in Lewisville today and it was good for the price, best part was the Pinto Beans man they were way good. If you are in the area it is a good place to stop, do not go out of your way for it. that looks damn legit right there.

Jerry's Cafe in Onalaska is probably the best chicken fried steak I have had in the last 20 years. The regular is enough for a full-grown man. The large is double that...

I had a really good CFS at the Kosse Cafe in Kosse, TX the other day. I have finally come to the conclusion that there really isn’t a 24/7/365 best CFS anywhere. Some days you get a great one, some days you get a lesser one.

I had a really good CFS at the Kosse Cafe in Kosse, TX the other day. I have finally come to the conclusion that there really isn’t a 24/7/365 best CFS anywhere. Some days you get a great one, some days you get a lesser one. Yep, just like with bbq, steaks etc. sometimes you catch it on a bad day.
