We have a restaurant here in New Barnflies named Pat's Place. Known for pretty good eats with reasonable prices at a convenient location. Hard to go wrong with their hamburgers and especially their beef enchiladas. Their enchiladas set a standard which few places can match. For whatever reason, they really fill my bill.
Went to Max's in Tilden this weekend. Got the enchiladas and now find myself wondering why it's been so long for me to eat there. They were really good. Big, meaty and most of all flavorful. If you are not hunting r fishing, that there Max's may be the ONLY other reason to go to Tilden.

I actually stayed there back in the late summer/early fall in 2015, some real shady characters were staying there. I don't know why we never ate there thought.

The Mexican food place close to the 72/97 intersection is also good.

We used to always hit Pat's Place when in NB. We had family there, and it was always our go-to spot. TACO NACHOS...you won't regret it.
