Toss it all in a crock pot on high for 3-3.5 hours, shred the chicken. Mix it back in. Done.

This is very similar to crockpot "Fiesta Chicken". My kids love that crap, will have to try this recipe.

I found that recipe on plainchicken.com and typed it up from the web image if any of you want to copy, paste, & print it. You might check this for accuracy. I sometimes use my own wording on recipes.
Chicken Chili (Crack Slow Cooker Chicken Chili)
2 Boneless chicken breasts
1 (11 oz) Can corn, drained
1 (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped cooked bacon
1 one oz. packet Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
Place chicken at bottom of slow cooker
Stir in all ingredients except cream cheese
Place cream cheese on top of mixture
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks
Return to slow cooker and stir in shredded cheddar

I made this the other night, but doubled the recipe. A doubled recipe will fill a 7 quart Croc Pot to the top. It was a big hit here, my family tore it up.

Dude! This sounds legit. I have a grocery list in my phone to grab the stuff on my way home. My wife hates black beans so I'll use pintos and I'll probly add some chopped onion and cilantro when almost done. I'm going to put it all together Sunday morning before we head to the shooting range, then pig out when we get home.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
