Yeah those cauliflower crusts will get the job done when you have a pizza craving and don't want to fall off the wagon.

There is a place by the house that sells an awesome keto cauliflower crust pizza. Word of warning if you don't know. Some places sell cauliflower crust as a gluten free alternative and use rice flower. They have just as many carbs as a normal pizza crust. Good luck on the diet. Once you hit a groove it becomes second nature.

The crust was pretty simple/easy to make. All it takes is 2 cups of grated cauliflower, 1 cup of grated mozzarella and 1 egg. I added some garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasonings and cooked @ 400 for 15 minutes..

I'll have to give it a try. You know before keto I hated cauliflower. Now I've learned if you cover it up with enough flavors, I only slightly dislike it.

Due to my low salt diet, one slice of pizza is a whole days salt intake. Dang it!
