I'm looking to get on a lease for the first time. Done some public land and been blessed with some friends that have let me hunt their property, but looking to find a full year lease for my 12-year-old son and myself (rifle and archery). Looking for a property that is family-friendly where my son would hunt off of my allotment until he is a little older. I'd love to find somewhere that would allow us to do some work on the property to work with my son at habitat management. The budget is $1,500-$3,000/year. I'd be more than happy to share more information about myself to make sure I'd be a good fit for the property. We are located in Montgomery County, and we would love to keep it close so we can take full advantage of it, but we are open to areas further away. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help us out.
