Chinese bell pepper steak. I finally got out my wok and thawed out the top sirloin that I got for Christmas from Omaha steaks. I put soy sauce in there.

That looks great. What brand egg rolls? I love them, but haven't found any in store that I enjoy.

Looks good Bill

Erathar, I love egg rolls too and have found 0 store bought I like. QT stores actually have pretty decent ones. I bought my son one and I took a bite and was actually pretty surprised.

It came out fine. It was my go to recipe for venison. I mentioned it a few times over the years. Don't remember the brand of egg rolls. They had shrimp in there.

Any Chinese or Japanese food is great to me. I just don't get so much enjoyment out of Thai, the flavor just doesn't have that same taste, and they try to replace it with hot spice.

Dip you toe in the water. You can use a regular frying pan rather than a wok. yingyang

Three more dinners. MWF. I refrigerated them over rice.

Yep! I grew up on Thai food, daily in the Summer. It was a buffet and they eventually had to make us our own dishes because we’d get it so spicy. Chicken Basil, Hot n Sour soup, Tom yum Kai, Tom kha, all of it. Mmmmmm!

Looks good Bill! You ever feel froggy, get some sesame oil, soy sauce or better yet, ponzu sauce. Add sriracha and whisk it up. DadGUM that’s good stuff!

Sesame oil makes all the difference. A little goes a long ways, but it’s a distinctive taste you just cant get without.

See! Kyle knows what’s up! Bill, instead of sending you the poop game, I think I’ll send some sesame oil.
