Pretty straight forward. But it's more about mental toughness than fitness.
1. Pick a diet. No cheat days no alcohol.
2. 2, 45 minute workouts each day. 1 has to be outside.
3. Read 10 pages of non fiction Each day.
4. Drink 1 gallon of water every day
5. Take a progress pic every day.
If you fail at one thing one day. You start over at 1.

Come have a real life. I lifted weights this morning, cut firewood for a couple of hours and then taught tennis for an hour and a half. And I had water and read fiction. And did some tractor work moving dirt.
Meant to do some shooting, but ran out of time.
At 73 though, the thought keeps flicking through my mind on how much longer I can keep doing this. I guess the answer is that I can till I can’t. And that’s why I lift lightish weights at high reps - to prolong the inevitable.
Not my monkeys, not my circus...

603, I'm 78 and the exercise equipment is getting lonely. Why? Laziness I guess.

Working in my truck with lots of driving between projects. 2 daughters 5 and 7 with activities to chase.

Everyone always tries to make things so hard. Proper diet, appropriate exercise and rest.

I've never heard of this challenge. What kind of diet is it supposed to be and what constitutes a cheat meal? And why does one of the workouts need to be outside, that really doesn't seem to matter to me so long as you are working out?
I bet there are very few people that make it 75 days doing all of these every single day. I'm all for losing weight, eating right, and and exercising, but I'm not even sure what the point is unless it's sustainable beyond 75 days.

Like I said it's a mental strength challenge more than a weight loss way of life change etc. Like you stated very few will get through the 75 days. A diet is any diet you choose. A cheat meal is breaking that diet. For outside work outs I've been running and doing weighted pack walks. Mixing in some burpees jumping jacks and jumping rope. I made 12 days cannon balled off this weekend. I had a busy day Saturday and did not fit in my second workout. Sunday I woke up went to church then processed 4 deer in the garage. By the time that was done I was not doing anything else. I may try it again in February right now it just jumped started my workout and diet which usually doesn't start till spring.
