Best advice, hunt elsewhere. Nothing you can do about the easement.

If you can see your feeder from the easement then they can see it. You say the deer run off when they drive by, this makes me think there might be some shooting from the easement at the deer at the feeder. I would try and move the feeder to a less visible location or put us some type of screening. Do you have a camera watching the feeder? If not, it may be a good idea to put several out.

40 acres is tiny, I can’t imagine Driving two hours out there with the strong possibility that my hunt will be ruined by people driving through. I know it’s free, but you may want to consider a bigger place to lease.

Talk to the guy that is leasing to them and explain the situation, and he can set a rule, and doesn't have to explain the reason to them. Talking to the hunters won't get anything done except maybe make it worse for you!
Thursday at 12:45 PM #33 Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

It baffles me that people think there’s possibly a solution to a problem like this that may benefit them, without removing their self from the equation.
