I was bad on the seasoning tonight, and I admit it. Had my bald head sweating!! Probably eat an ice cream later. smile

Tried to decide between 2 large or 3 regular fresh tortillas, ended up with three. Sautéed some large shrimp in butter and Magic Dust, used all the drippings to make up a Louisiana Creole remoulade. Crunchy cabbage cole slaw, a little cheddar, and the left over tomatoes from last night. Since we were thinking Louisiana, I liberally applied the Tabasco. I had to use a big old Idaho Amber ale, from Crooked Fence Brewery over in the Boise area, to wash it all down. Sides, we don't need no stinking' sides!!

They look great. Worth a try.

It may be that he leaned on the Tabasco just a bit too heavily. I've never done that, but I had a friend who did/does on a regular basis; particularly if he's had an adult beverage before applying the sauce!

Haha! I'm blaming it on the Tabasco getting stronger as it ages. Trying to use it up, so I can open a fresh bottle. I have about six or seven different bottles in the fridge, and need to clear some out.
