Well it isn’t really a secret but after having tried everything in the book to use as an all purpose seasoning for grilled foods I’ve landed on three things. Coarse Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper and Julio’s chips seasoning. I put this on everything except brisket and ribs. Burgers, steaks, chicken, pork, fajitas, fish, etc. hands down you don’t need anything else to make a tasty and slightly spicy (if you want) meal. I’ll even do the same for grilled veggies. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/01/full-44314-273801-6bef0f92_bd09_4993_a002_ca38af2a235f.jpeg)

The main ingredients in Julio's Seasoning are salt and pepper...so your "secret" is simply Julio's with extra salt and pepper.

Change out the Julio's for garlic (powder or minced) and you have mine. Used to use garlic powder before switching to Julio’s.

I like to use a little cayenne in there.

Julios is damn good, almost like crack. Too much MSG for me though. My go to lately has been Adkins Mesquite
