Quick and easy dinner took about 10 minutes prep and 10 minutes in oven at 400 hundo. Not my best presentation but dammit I was hungry and in a hurry lol.

That looks amazing, just do it without using that crappy orange fish!!! If it's white fish of any kind, I'm all over it. Trout and salmon, not so much. Fresh out of the water in Alaska on the grill is the only way for me, then anything besides that afterwards. I figured God put salmon in the waters, so people didn't eat up all the halibut!!! smile

Frame it and hang it.

Thanks fellas, it was really good but I need to get some better quality thicker salmon to make it with. Still fantastic and added to my quick and easy dinner recipe book.

Looks damn good! It’s not the fanciest but I like the wild caught Keta salmon from Costco (frozen). It thaws quick and had a nice mild flavor for salmon.

That is basically what I get from Walmart wild caught frozen fillets, but I want a whole fresh slab to do it with. Much thicker than the frozen ones.

Well went for round two tonight. Got me a giant fillet from the store and did the same recipe. Besides a mishaps on my part, completely underestimated how much salt and pepper this size of a piece of fish would need, it turned out great. Good thing you can add salt and pepper after the fact lol.

Had to leave the end uncoated because my son can’t have cheese or butter. He has a dairy allergy.

Beautiful presentation, beautiful pics. Yeah, I'm not much for salmon, and even I'd eat that. My kids used to love for me to catch steelhead (big sea-going rainbow trout), and all the left over fish got turned into fake tuna fish!!!

Really looks delicious! Kroger has fresh, whole, salmon filet slabs for $5.97 a pound and Tom Thumb has fresh asparagus for .97 cents a pound. I'll be heading that way shortly.

I love me some Salmon and that looks great food

My wife cooks Salmon to different ways

1. This is my favorite. She lightly spreads Ranch Dressing on, then adds Blue Cheese and Bacon bits then bakes in the oven, when she pulls them out she puts fresh chilled small diced Tomatoes on it and brother it is good.

2. Not sure of all of what she does but she coats them in Parmesan and browns them in the skillet, its good bot nowhere close to 1.

That sounds good Stub I’m probably gonna try number 1.
