Just saw that Teledyne is picking up Flir. I know that most of their consumer hunting/shooting stuff stopped, but I'm hopeful that it doesn't change the customer service they provide. Anyone else have any insights?

Good luck is all I can say. I had to ship back my PTS536 last year and it was a long and arduous process. I would imagine Teledyne is acquiring FLIR for the non-consumer aspect of their thermal business. If that's the case, the "hunting" FLIR's will be stepchildren.
