We've been bouncing around the country with some great sandwiches, and had some of that wonderful Giardiniera left and cold cuts, so what's a boy to do?? Muffuletta! You East Texans oughta know all about that.
Some great Telera rolls (toasted, then cooled), build up those layers, lots of provolone cheese, and then grill to perfection on the panini maker. Tater Tot nibbles on the side. I made an extra one to have cold tomorrow.
