I think I may look for a quart jar this week. That looks dang good, tartar, cocktail sauce, or mix of the 2?

Do you fry them til they float? What temp?
I fry them less than 3 minutes most of time they float by then depending on how big some are....I always start out at 350 but after a few batches it usually ends up around 375 no issues with temp change tho
