For a one skillet deer-camp meal, it can’t be beat. I do a bag of frozen hash browns until done, throw this in until hot, then add in a dozen eggs. Pack in tortilla and it’ll feed 6 hungry guys!!

We used them a bunch this year at deer camp for sausage gravy on biscuits. Great time saver.
