One of the few nice things about the Covid restrictions on bars is that the kids don't go out until all hours of the morning. They were up at an early hour and really wanted some breakfast. Time saver here, if you haven't tried them yet. Fully cooked already, and make the greatest hash! Throw on scrambled cheese eggs and hot buttered biscuits, and you're ready to go.

For a one skillet deer-camp meal, it can’t be beat. I do a bag of frozen hash browns until done, throw this in until hot, then add in a dozen eggs. Pack in tortilla and it’ll feed 6 hungry guys!!
